Cue Joy Initiative, LLC Mentorship Services Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 4, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all mentorship services, subscriptions, assessments, and related offerings provided by Cue Joy Initiative, LLC (“Company”), owned and operated by Robin Friend aka (also known as) "Cue Joy". By enrolling in or purchasing any mentorship service, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. Services & Eligibility

Mentorship services include: individual sessions, multi-session packages, the Cue Joy Initiative Mentorship Course, and the Monthly Mentorship Subscription.

Services are non-transferrable and may only be used by the client named at the time of enrollment.

Mentorship sessions are designed for personal development, self-discovery, and growth. They are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment and should not replace professional healthcare advice.

2. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up until 12 hours before the scheduled session time.

Missed sessions or sessions canceled within 12 hours are considered “used” and are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments & Refunds

All mentorship services are non-refundable once purchased.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment details (credit card or other method) remain current.

In the event of a failed payment:

The Company will notify the Client and attempt to reprocess payment.

If payment is not resolved within 7 days, access to sessions or subscription benefits may be suspended.

4. Monthly Mentorship Subscription

Subscription is billed automatically each month until canceled.

Unused sessions roll over as long as the subscription remains active.

If a subscription is canceled, unused sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of cancellation or are forfeited.

5. Packages & Course Enrollment

Multi-session packages must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

Enrollment in the Cue Joy Initiative Mentorship Course is subject to published registration deadlines and course timelines.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

All client information, including assessment data, session notes, and communications, is kept confidential.

The Company may collect anonymized data (e.g., trends, outcomes, general insights) to support the advancement of the program and benefit others.

No identifying client information will be shared without explicit, written consent.

All practices are aligned with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and principles of informed consent.

7. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Clients participating in in-person mentorship sessions at the Company’s home office acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own safety. The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property occurring on premises.

By participating in mentorship, clients acknowledge that sessions may involve personal reflection and emotional exploration. The Company is not responsible for how clients choose to apply insights outside of sessions.

8. Disclaimer

The Company does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for medical, mental health, or other specialized concerns.
